Rangoli Competition at Rang De Sports Events 2025

As part of the Rang De Sports Events 2025, a Rangoli Competition was held on 10th February 2025 to encourage creativity, artistic expression, and cultural appreciation among students. Rangoli, a traditional Indian art form, was celebrated through this event, where participants displayed their talent in designing intricate and vibrant patterns.
The objective of the competition was to promote innovation, teamwork, and artistic excellence while keeping the cultural essence alive.
EVENT FORMAT & RULES
The competition was open to MBA and MCA students, and participants were given a specific time frame to complete their designs.
Rules Followed:
Theme-Based Designs – Participants were given the freedom to choose from traditional or contemporary themes.
Use of Natural Colors – Students were encouraged to use eco-friendly and vibrant colors. Creativity & Originality – Judging criteria included creativity, symmetry, color combination, and overall appeal.
Time Limit – 1 Hour 30 Minutes.
PARTICIPATION & ENTHUSIASM
The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from MBA and MCA students who brought forth their creativity and innovative ideas. The event turned the venue into a colorful spectacle filled with stunning patterns, floral designs, and cultural motifs.

Runner-up: Neha Gurav
The competition was intense, with all participants showcasing remarkable talent. Shubhangi Nirmal secured first place with an outstanding and intricate Rangoli design, while Neha Gurav was declared the runner-up for her creative and aesthetically appealing artwork.
