Learning Management Concepts in a fun filled way is a interesting pedagogy through which the students can learn through games. “Management Mantra” is one such activity through which we incorporated the management concepts like Importance of communication, proper direction leads way, communication leads to success, unity of command etc.
Objective
- To make the students Learn the management concepts through various Management games.
- To make them understand the importance of Leadership and Communication
About the Activity:
65 students have enthusiastically participated in the activity. Students were divided into teams based on a activity emphasizing on communication skills. Later the teams were instructed to select a leader. The selected leader will be given with a target wherein other group members are blind folded. The leader to arrange the members as per the targeted image by giving them instructions. Other team members disturb the instruction. Members has to listen and follow the leader’s instructions but not getting deviated by others disturbances.
- The students got an idea on how to cope-up with the team. How to be a part of targeting achievement team by not getting deviated by other disturbances.
- Communication is a very important tool in achieving team goal. Leader must give proper directions to the team to reach the target.
- Reaching the target is a difficult task and not always a cake walk.
